The Ansaldi family wanted to bring the consumer closer to the production philosophy of the Bianco Riserva “Abbadessa”, which since 2006 continues to be produced with the same indigenous vines: Grillo and Zibibbo, grown organically and cared for by the expert hands of the winemaker Giacomo Ansaldi. The Bianco di Abbadessa is the premier cru of Tenuta Ansaldi.
