This wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. The vineyard is cultivated in a clayey soil of about half a hectare at an altitude of 1,000 meters above sea level. The land is located in the North Etna side, in a valley between the volcano and Mount Pizzo-Filicia Contrada “Lago” of the municipality of Maletto. Pristine area where farmers and breeders, in symbiosis, for centuries have managed to find the right balance in full respect of nature. No pesticides or chemical fertilizers are used but organic and vegetable fertilizers. The company philosophy forbids it, the uncontaminated area allows it.
