Our Aromatic Traminer is produced from a vineyard extended for about one hectare, cultivated in an extreme area on the slopes of the Etna volcano, in C.da Nave, territory in the Municipality of Bronte, at an altitude of 1,100 meters above sea level, it is a volcanic soil , rich in humus, a group of organic substances derived from the decomposition of plant and animal residues (in this case residues of ferns and manure), of fundamental importance for the nutrition of the cuttings and plants in general. The balance of nature, the right choices and periods of agronomic interventions, such as rootstock, exposure to the sun, organic fertilizations to the soil, and never to the vines, have contributed to the quality of the grapes.
